“Excellent service but wall lights not so good. Difficult to install not enough room at the back for junction box. When eventually installed they do look nice”

“I have not yet recieved my light fittings. Lighting direct use Hermes, the worst delivery company in the world and they seem to have lost my parcel. 'There is a problem' they say. The electrician is booked and no lights!”
