As the KEY FEATURES advise:- "Height adjustable at point of installation" Hence, for lower ceilings a portion of the wire and chain needs to be removed. The Customer Care Team

“The fairy lights are lovely but unfortunately after hanging them I noticed that one of the wires had split so are not working and unable to return as had already tried to install them. I have ordered some more though as they are pretty and good value for the money.”
