“I ordered 2 types of outside light. I was told one was in stock and the other was delayed for a few days - no problem as not in a rush. The company then came back and said that the lights I had ordered were now on a long lead time supply and would I accept a better option at the same price. Of course I agreed and even though I accepted after 7pm the company despatched that evening and I had all the lights next day. They are all good. So it was excellent customer service, a good product at a reasonable cost. Overall and outstanding experience.”
