My order took a month to arrive. I had one email on the 20th November informing me of a delay and that my order would arrive on the 2nd December. However, after 2 unanswered emails, my 3rd was finally answered and my order arrived on the 20th December!
Communication was definitely poor and for a long time I didn’t think I would ever receive my order!
