“Purchased 4 blinds for my bedroom windows, arrived dirty, they sent replacements, yet again dirty and dangerous jagged edges on the pole ends. Refund finally given after sending photos in. I can’t get any blinds now for Christmas and have family coming to stay. Very disappointed, will not use this company again.”

“Faulty poor fitting skylight blind with terrible customer service - do not use as you’ll be left out of pocket and a blind that doesn’t fit. Blind not long enough. The slat blinds were ok. Biggest gripe was customer service especially Naomi Showman arrogant and rude. Had I have purchased skylight blind from there ebay it was cheaper and free returns. Naomi insisted I send it back at my expense. Considering I spent over £700 a measley £30 blind that was no good could have been sorted. So buyer beware.”

“This is my second order in 2 months, both deliveries arrived well packaged and so easy to put up. They are good quality, look fantastic and well worth the money. My second delivery came with the bottom chain separate on a card which made the job easier.”

“I have the exact same problem as Sue Beach. Spring roller blind ordered. It came with the wrong brackets. Two deliveries of what was supposed to be the correct brackets later and they are still not right and I can’t put my blind up. Appears this is a recurring issue from their warehouse. Despite sending clear photos of what I received and what I need, I still no further forward. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend. How difficult can it be for the factory who make the blind to send it out with the right fittings???”

“We had our delivery of vertical blind replacement slats. Exactly as we requested. Well packaged and prompt delivery. Very easy to fit to our existing track. Very good quality product. Highly recommend. Thank You.”

“Blind was hung 220cm from floor and factory calculated I only needed a chain of 27cm so end of chain hung 193cm from floor this in real money (for those using imperial measure is 6ft 4").Tried to resolve issue with them through photos and Email but they kept saying that was factory calculations apart from issue with chain I am happy with blind. I purchased a blind last year with approximately the same sizes and the drop of chain was 80cm if like me you are small beware.”

“Lifestyle Blinds answered my sizing questions very quickly. I ordered a sample to check quality. A few months later two 3.3m vertical blinds with PVC slats were ordered. 4 or so working days later the blinds were delivered, well packaged and in perfect condition. I wasn't expecting them so quickly - but wife very happy as I fitted them the next day. Good product, fantastic service, thank you very much.”

“I order two sets of roller blinds both cordless spring loaded. One came with correct wall bracket fixings and the other came with wall fixings for a corded roller blind and 3 weeks later numerous phone calls and emails and they still haven’t sent correct ones to me!!! I am so disappointed as actual blinds are great but customer service has been awful!!! I don’t know what else to do all I need is the correct wall brackets sent out so I can put up my blind.”
