Ms Showman was very pleasant and apologetic on the phone; however the fact remains that we did not receive what we had ordered and I had even requested a sample fitting pack because I was concerned about fitting the blinds. This was supplied with all fittings included; hence our expectation. I do hope the blinds are acceptable when we hang them."

"They are expensive for something that continues to let light through, aren’t therefore blackout blinds. They partially black out but let light through around the edges. The design also takes up too much window space"
