“Quick response to my asking for sample of vertical slats. When it arrived myself and partner thought it was just the colour and quality we wanted, unfortunately we find they don't do the length we require.”

“Blind is fine, BUT trying to speak to somebody re end fitting is proving very difficult. I am still trying! Eventually after 5 weeks we were able to hang the blind - but with cheap looking end brackets, not matching the blind. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as customer service is extreemly poor”

“Unfortunalely samples orderd took 2 wks to arrive by which time I had chosen and ordered my blinds elsewhere. Your compeditors samples arrived the next day after requesting so to be honest I'd given up hope of receiving them from you. Loved the colour of the samples and would have gone for that had they arrived sooner.”

The item comes with simple step by step instructions and you can access an info graphic on your computer device if needed. Pleased with my purchase and sets off my new attic room perfectly.
