I placed an order on Friday and have just received an email to inform me the factory is currently closed, for at least the next month. While the shutdown is understandable there should be a message on the website advising customers so they can make an informed decision before placing their order. Duplicitous and highly misleading.

Under no circumstances will your blinds be returned or refunded if you receive them and discover they are paper like quality, not good for keeping light out. Which is very disheartening. I was willing to order again provided thicker blinds but the company unwilling to work with customers.

I recently placed an order with Lifestyle Blinds for replacement vertical slats. I ordered online on the 29th of April and received the slats on the 8th May. They were well wrapped, and it was obvious care had been taken to protect the blinds during delivery. I unrolled and layed the slats on a flat surface, then individually hung each slat in the order they were layed. The design I chose was, 'Bliss Sand Grey', in size 89mm. I am literally over the moon with the craftsmanship and the design. They look amazing. It's difficult to judge a sample of a pattern, but I definitely choose right with these. I have ordered several vertical blinds lately, going room by room as they are finished decorated. I can honestly say, out of the five windows I have decorated with vertical blinds, these blinds from Lifestyle Blinds are my absolute favourite. I wish I had found the company when I began ordering blind samples for our home. If I had, all my blinds would have come from this company. When I read the reviews which were mixed, I was unsure whether to place an order with a firm I hadn't heard of before. Honestly, go ahead. You will appreciate the quality of the product you order. My only regret is, I hadn't found them earlier.

I ordered some samples as I needed to replace some damaged PVC rigid slats. I decided to replace all of the slats as one particulater pattern looked really nice. I ordered late Sunday afternoon, but by Monday morning I received an email informing me that pattern was discontinued and my payment would be refunded. No explanation of why the order had been accepted, no indication that the sample was a discontinued style. I am disappointed at the terse tone of the email, and I won't be buying anything else from this business.

4 of the slats were faulty, had to superglue them. Hopefully it works. If not its a waste of money.

Advertising 5-7 working days until despatch for the blinds I chose then under a strict deadline. Took 9 days then a further 2 for delivery. Useless to me now. I called this call centre who are the middle man to the actual company 3 times before getting any answers to my question of the option to expedite the late order to be told “no sorry”. Poor customer service

Placed my order 9 days ago and not received it, emailed and asked for an update on the delivery date with the email address supplied in the order confirmation but this keeps bouncing back as undelivered!

Order took longer than expected to arrive and 2 of the 3 blinds ordered were the wrong size, wrong design and wrong colour and do not reflect what was written on the invoice that came with them. Trying to resolve the issue with the company has lead to multiple insinuations of customer error despite photos proving otherwise. Currently on 3rd email sent with photos and no closer to resolution. Requesting a full refund and do not recommend.

Overpriced for the quality. I ordered the waterproof, cordless blinds for the bathroom and the mechanism is not user friendly, very weird to operate. The worst part is that the plastic sides where the blinds are mounted onto are looking nothing like the picture, it looks like they are missing some sort of a cover and because of that the blinds doesn't look securely mounted and feels like they can pop off anytime. When I contacted customer service regarding this, they confrimed that all looks fine to them... Very dissapointed with the quality of these blinds. The instruction attached also was containing pictures of items slightly different than I received, the plastic mounts. Very weird. Wanted to order 5 more blinds after buying this ones as a trial and thank god I did buy one to try them as now I know I would never buy more. I regret buying this ones.

So sorry Michael. We do feel that this wording on every page of the website relating to blinds for Keylite windows is clear but we will try to tweak the wording to make it clearer. ***Our blinds are NOT compatible with white pvc Keylite® windows. These codes will begin with PO or TO***
I ordered 4 grey spring loaded roller blinds for my shop, I opted for the gold bar at the bottom and i am not disappointed at all, they look amazing! With the current global situation they arrived as quick as they could, I was kept up to date along the way. The customer service, quality and price are all second to none so I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Lifestyle Blinds again in the future.

Perfect fit and so simple to fit - 4 screws per blind. The blackout blind cuts works perfectly. Has transformed our new loft bedroom - especially with summer coming. The next test is their longevity.

Ordered 2 samples. Liked one but not the other (black shower safe). Will be ordering a cordless green blind for our bathroom in due course. Nice fabric and a decent price (£70 cheaper than another blinds “rival” online). Will probably use again as well need more blinds in the future.
