I placed an order on Friday and have just received an email to inform me the factory is currently closed, for at least the next month. While the shutdown is understandable there should be a message on the website advising customers so they can make an informed decision before placing their order. Duplicitous and highly misleading.

Under no circumstances will your blinds be returned or refunded if you receive them and discover they are paper like quality, not good for keeping light out. Which is very disheartening. I was willing to order again provided thicker blinds but the company unwilling to work with customers.

Overpriced for the quality. I ordered the waterproof, cordless blinds for the bathroom and the mechanism is not user friendly, very weird to operate. The worst part is that the plastic sides where the blinds are mounted onto are looking nothing like the picture, it looks like they are missing some sort of a cover and because of that the blinds doesn't look securely mounted and feels like they can pop off anytime. When I contacted customer service regarding this, they confrimed that all looks fine to them... Very dissapointed with the quality of these blinds. The instruction attached also was containing pictures of items slightly different than I received, the plastic mounts. Very weird. Wanted to order 5 more blinds after buying this ones as a trial and thank god I did buy one to try them as now I know I would never buy more. I regret buying this ones.

So sorry Michael. We do feel that this wording on every page of the website relating to blinds for Keylite windows is clear but we will try to tweak the wording to make it clearer. ***Our blinds are NOT compatible with white pvc Keylite® windows. These codes will begin with PO or TO***
I ordered 4 grey spring loaded roller blinds for my shop, I opted for the gold bar at the bottom and i am not disappointed at all, they look amazing! With the current global situation they arrived as quick as they could, I was kept up to date along the way. The customer service, quality and price are all second to none so I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Lifestyle Blinds again in the future.

Perfect fit and so simple to fit - 4 screws per blind. The blackout blind cuts works perfectly. Has transformed our new loft bedroom - especially with summer coming. The next test is their longevity.

We've had seven blinds from Lifestyleblinds recently and all are of good quality. Some were rollers with a chain, some were spring loaded rollers, and some were venetians. There was a factory error with one blind which resulted in it not fitting, and the company resolvee it quickly and without fuss, sending a replacement without charge.

Good quality and they kept me informed throught the order to delivery stage. I used a good quality tape measure and deducted a couple of mm which was just as well as it was a perfect fit. Really pleased with the spring action as well.

Nightmare. My order wasn't standard so I called as soon as I placed it to check that they were able to manufacture what I needed, I was assured there would be no problem. My order arrived, the blinds were lovely but not what I requested however the issue could be easily remedied with more chain. I contacted them and they said they'd sort it. I was happy with the service from Jake so placed a second order for more blinds, including blinds for my elderly mother. The second set arrived, all looking beautiful however one set was sewn instead of pressed/ welded like all the others. Also, incorrect again. Normally, I wouldn't fuss but the quality of the sewing was shocking so I contacted them and asked for the sewn set to be re-made (pressed/ welded) to match the rest. Unfortunately, I was then told that some of my chosen fabric was not suitable for welding and would come apart over time so needed to be sewn. This now meant that the all my blinds (some hanging in my windows by this point) needed to be re-made. After much back and forth (and the implication that this mess was my own fault for having a non-standard order- even though they assured me they could do it), I asked Jake to refund the section of my order that they acknowledged was faulty and I would go elsewhere as so much had gone wrong. Jake refused to refund unless I returned the faulty blinds which I have done. I have sent photos, proof of collection and still heard nothing on the whereabouts of my refund, despite emailing them. I am now hundreds of pounds out of pocket, struggling to get replacements before Christmas and living in a fishbowl in the meantime. My house now looks like something off the Shameless set and the family can't get changed in their rooms without flashing our 'goods' to the world. I know Christmas is the time for sharing but I'm not sure this is how it is meant to be. If you have standard blind order, I'm sure they're great. So sorry Kelly we have refunded you for the slats with the sewing you were unhappy with I am so sorry some of our fabrics are welded and some are sewn I am so sorry about this issue as it is not normally an issue but sometimes matching up with an old order which has a different finish you can end up with blinds with different finishes. Sorry again
They told me to measure from the top of the bracket for a conservatory, but they made them from the bottom of the bracket judging by the first one of six I tried to fit. So it looks like I will have to reject the batch. The mechanism makes a grinding noise, and looking at the flimsy control I'm not sure it will survive the night. Luckily I bought on credit card.

Blinds sent with wrong instructions in, emailed and had new instructions sent but to measure you need to know spring size and there is no reference to this anywhere. Emailed with no response, called at 4.45pm and was told that was the out of hours line and they can't answer. Very poor service, been waiting to install my blinds for 2 days now

The eta on the website of when blinds will be made and dispatched does not match with the actual eta. The blinds I order over a week ago have still not been made yet. It’s a standard Velux blind, standard size. There are other blind sites who can do next day delivery for the same price. You also get sent daily spam from Lifestyleblinds which have nothing to do with your order, or even ask for a review which inspired this when they haven’t dispatched the blinds yet. I contacted customer services and was told I would be waiting at least another week before it is made. If I had faith in getting a refund I would have cancelled by now, but other reviews say this is not easy to get. Hopefully I’ll end up with my blinds but I will never use this company again.

I ordered my blinds 16th April 2022. It is now 6th May. I have only had one update, that the blinds have been made on the 24th April. I have had no updates since. I have contacted the company who said they should be with me on May 5th at latest. They haven’t turned up. Again I have been in contact with the company. They’ve chased it up and hopefully they will be with me 12th May. How can it take nearly a month to make two simple roller blinds? And with no communication about delays or anything? Poor service, I won’t use again

Blind was hung 220cm from floor and factory calculated I only needed a chain of 27cm so end of chain hung 193cm from floor this in real money (for those using imperial measure is 6ft 4").Tried to resolve issue with them through photos and Email but they kept saying that was factory calculations apart from issue with chain I am happy with blind. I purchased a blind last year with approximately the same sizes and the drop of chain was 80cm if like me you are small beware.

I order two sets of roller blinds both cordless spring loaded. One came with correct wall bracket fixings and the other came with wall fixings for a corded roller blind and 3 weeks later numerous phone calls and emails and they still haven’t sent correct ones to me!!! I am so disappointed as actual blinds are great but customer service has been awful!!! I don’t know what else to do all I need is the correct wall brackets sent out so I can put up my blind.

Am writing this on behalf of my because she is speechless, very unhappy with our new slats, corners of slats terrible some are round some are sliced straight at an angle and some are 90° corners. Some of the slats hanging at angle caused by the hole at the top not being in the centre. When closed they are a mess, when closed I can see my neighbours house when two bad slats are together , I have 12 more windows to do and they wont be done by you, compared to my old slats they are honestly a joke, my old slats apart from being old are perfect every corner uniform and the hole at the top in the middle, thankfully these slats were a trial and not visible from the street, have inclosed just 3pics that's all that's needed to visualise the problem over the two windows...

It took nearly 4 weeks to receive one roller blind. Not only did it arrive badly damaged but also I requested a reverse roll and the blind was sent with a standard roll. I have contacted the company twice and provided pictures. I have received no reply. This was my first and last order with Lyfestyle blinds.
