“Brilliant blinds and easy to put up (roof windows) but it wasn’t made clear when ordering a certain size you have to order additional rail as the length isn’t long enough. So we now have to buy that too.. for extra ££”

“I can't rate at any other as we do not know what your blinds are like. We ordered 4 blinds and paid for them only to be told days later that the material was out of stock and not due back in until August. System should have known it was out of stock before it took my money.”

So sorry about the out of stock issue on the product you ordered.

“Good price, responsive customer service team but made and sent the wrong blind which is very disappointing. They have offered to make and send the correct one once they have received a photo to confirm we have the wrong one but seems such a basic and needless mistake.”

“I wanted replacement slats in my vertical blind. It was easy to put my own measurements into the order and to specify the number. Several styles to choose from. Slats took approx. 8 days to arrive. They were exactly as expected although I was surprised to see weights and chain in with the slats. They look very nice and I'm very pleased”
