Samples were quickly dispatched and a good size to see the quality and colour of slat, good that they are available in 2 widths if you have a huge window. Online ordering was easy. Blinds came approx a week after the order. The only disappointment was I thought the back of the blind was the front but that was my mistake so just double check. Would use again
