Sent wrong brackets, wouldn't admit to sending wrong brackets. This went on for around 1 month I had to drill through the head of the top rail to fix as it was for a rental property and needed to get the blind up.sent numerous images with mark ups on to highlight the small size bracket asked for them to do the same but nothing back just resent the same brackets. They do reply to the emails I sent but seems to be when contacting the warehouse staff the communication is lost.

The order was out of stock so waiting till the next date given then that order was put back also,hopefully getting order in April now

I had a question and tried to phone Lifestyleblinds; could only get their answering service despite repeated attempts and messages left. I have now been asked for a reveiw before receiving my blind as I only ordered within the last 48 hours! I am hoping I am not disappointed in the blind when it comes.

So sorry about that I will look into that. You will not be disappointed in the blind.
Replacement slats ordered 25th November. No update until I requested one and was told they won't even leave the factory until 7th December, then to allow extra time for delivery as the couriers are struggling! This is for slats only, which should be a quick turnaround surely? Just hoping there's no issue when (if) they do actually arrive.

Hi there These slats should have been with you in about 10 working days so it looks like the time quoted was right. Sorry for any miscommunication and I can see you have the blinds now and I hope you are happy with them?
Sadly every time I tried to lower the blind they kept falling down, the pins very short so builder remeasured the area ad it was the correct size, basically down to the short pins.

Started well with helpful customer service but had problems ordering on line so phoned and was able to place and pay for my orderl. The initial telephone contact is prompt but getting to the right person is not good so on 1 call I waited 30 mins for a return call.before trying again.. However couple days later got a phone call saying 1 of the blinds was discontinued yet it was still on the website! They would send samples but then I got email saying my whole order had been refunded. At this point I gave up and have gone elsewhere. I am waiting for my refund.

Overpriced for the quality. I ordered the waterproof, cordless blinds for the bathroom and the mechanism is not user friendly, very weird to operate. The worst part is that the plastic sides where the blinds are mounted onto are looking nothing like the picture, it looks like they are missing some sort of a cover and because of that the blinds doesn't look securely mounted and feels like they can pop off anytime. When I contacted customer service regarding this, they confrimed that all looks fine to them... Very dissapointed with the quality of these blinds. The instruction attached also was containing pictures of items slightly different than I received, the plastic mounts. Very weird. Wanted to order 5 more blinds after buying this ones as a trial and thank god I did buy one to try them as now I know I would never buy more. I regret buying this ones.

Original slats for vertical blind not 'stitched' at the top and incorrect size hangers. I had requested a sample hanger prior to purchase. Replacement slats supplied, this time 'stitched' but again with incorrect hangers. Frustrated at the whole experience I adapted the hangers to fit by cutting out the lower horizontal piece. Originally asked if the top could remain open for me to insert my own hangers as with the first slats and told 'no'! A shame as had the bedroom blind been as should have would then have ordered over 140 for my conservatory. This resulted in another company gaining my business with no problems whatsoever.

I had to phone 4times before I was able to speak to someone who could help me. I was also promised call backs which I did not receive. When my order was eventually taken I found the young men’s attitude very patronising..

Disappointed overall. Blind was sent with completely wrong brackets - nothing like the fitting instructions & both brackets were identical which cannot possibly work for a spring-loaded blind. Builder partner was able to cobble together something that would work but not great for anyone without a practical person on hand! The promised 5mm deduction from window recess measurements was not done & blind was made to the exact recess measurements, therefore wouldn't fit properly & had to go on the outside of the recess. Finally the blind is not the same colour as ordered based on the sample - I ordered Origin Lemon & the delivery documents show Splash Amalfi as the colour - it's close but not exactly what I wanted.

Hi Jo I am so sorry about the brackets and I am glad it got sorted with regards to the colour the factory name for Origin Lemon is "splash amalfi" they are one in the same. I am so sorry about any colour variation between the sample and the blind it must have been from a different batch rather than it being the wrong product. Apologies
I am disappointed that you are happy to send emails asking how happy i am with service but i would prefer to know how my order is progressing .i will then be happy to give an opinion of the product and service.

They told me to measure from the top of the bracket for a conservatory, but they made them from the bottom of the bracket judging by the first one of six I tried to fit. So it looks like I will have to reject the batch. The mechanism makes a grinding noise, and looking at the flimsy control I'm not sure it will survive the night. Luckily I bought on credit card.

I haven't actually ordered anything from you yet - my complaint is about your 'technical' department, who apparently don't really know what they are talking about. I called the other day, as I was having difficulty finding measuring information for roller blinds for sliding doors (width 216 cm). The person who I spoke to me assured me that I couldn't have a single roller blind as fabric - Pearl Silver - wasn't the right fabric for that. When I asked if I could have 2 blinds, the answer was an emphatic no, and your employee assured me that you couldn't help me with my request for blinds. Fortunately, I wasn't prepared to give up, and after a fair bit of digging on your website, found a sheet describing exactly what your idiot said couldn't be done - namely how to measure a sliding door for roller blinds. My order for these blinds and three other windows would have totalled around £600, but if this is the calibre of staff you employ I have deep reservations about using your company. Whether or not I place my order with you, I think it's important that you understand just how much business you could be losing due to ill-informed and badly trained staff. I was really angry at having been misled, and I'm sure I'm not the only one to have experienced this.

I am so sorry about this you are right you can have 2 x blinds for sliding doors and I am glad you have now located the measuring instructions. I can't rate at any other as we do not know what your blinds are like. We ordered 4 blinds and paid for them only to be told days later that the material was out of stock and not due back in until August. System should have known it was out of stock before it took my money.

So sorry about the out of stock issue on the product you ordered.
All the blinds were eventually delivered after a) a delay and b) the couriers could not 'find' the address on there first attempt ! When they arrived non of the blinds were of the widths ordered, they were all the same standard width !. To keep my client happy , (as I was away straight after the blinds were to be installed ) and your "system " for a complaint required me to photograph each blind against a tape measure to 'prove' that they were wrong . Something I could not do while I was away , I had all the blinds cut down to their correct size by a carpenter at my own expense .

Hi Nigel thank you for your review. I have had a look into this and you ordered all of the blinds exact size which means we make no deductions. We needed photos to see what size they came in at as they should have been the exact size you ordered. If we would have received these photos and we had been at fault we would have replaced them all for you. Sorry about the situation Naomi
My blind arrived with pin holes in the fabric letting light through. Poor value for the cost.
