“Ordering, delivery information was very good. The quality of the blinds is excellent. Easy to install. The only negative is that the chord isn't long enough for the blind to fully drop.”

“Like the blinds and easy to put up. Instructions were a poor photocopy, one of which was unreadable. Fortunately, second blind had a better copy. My request for advice was not answered but fortunately found what I needed buried on the website.”

“about the 5th time used lifestyle blinds, normally give them excellent. But this time we had 3 problems, the top fixing brackets were white instead of black, and also asked for chain on the left, but it was on the right. And also asked for charlie thunder but got kobe thunder, although because using in spare room the shade was not enought to worry about. And the other 2 problems were only minor and we can live with it.”

“I ordered replacement slats for vertical blinds in white. However when they arrived they were cream and a different pattern. I contacted them and their customer service was excellent. They were very quick to replace them with the ones I originally ordered. Very pleased with the quality and finish. Would definitely recommend.”
