Very easy website to navigate and order blinds - they were delivered quickly via DPD and so knew when they were going to arrive. The blinds were easy to fit into the windows. Price is very competitive.

Ordered 2 samples. Liked one but not the other (black shower safe). Will be ordering a cordless green blind for our bathroom in due course. Nice fabric and a decent price (£70 cheaper than another blinds “rival” online). Will probably use again as well need more blinds in the future.

Last ordered a number of years ago, was pleased to find replacement slats still in the colour i needed. Choice of colours was superb. Excellent price and quality. Delivery was speedy too 109% recommend

Order took longer than expected to arrive and 2 of the 3 blinds ordered were the wrong size, wrong design and wrong colour and do not reflect what was written on the invoice that came with them. Trying to resolve the issue with the company has lead to multiple insinuations of customer error despite photos proving otherwise. Currently on 3rd email sent with photos and no closer to resolution. Requesting a full refund and do not recommend.

The blind came apart the first time it was used , I’m very disappointed and would like a refund or a new blind sent out to me

However couple days later got a phone call saying 1 of the blinds was discontinued yet it was still on the website! They would send samples but then I got email saying my whole order had been refunded.

ordered seveval free samples of thier blinds which did not arrive so contacted the service dept and they resent the samples which arrived within 2 days so excellent service and will be placing a order with lifestyle blinds
