Ordered rail fot blind easy and straight forward but got mixed up with exact and recess and was able to get in touch and quick reply which was brillant thankyou ..rail is up and everything honky dorey great customer service great price will order again

I’m very pleased with the quality, ease of fitting and the price of my blinds. The only downside is that they do not come with bracket caps and these are not available to but separately.

Refunds - Difficult

Order took longer than expected to arrive and 2 of the 3 blinds ordered were the wrong size, wrong design and wrong colour and do not reflect what was written on the invoice that came with them. Trying to resolve the issue with the company has lead to multiple insinuations of customer error despite photos proving otherwise. Currently on 3rd email sent with photos and no closer to resolution. Requesting a full refund and do not recommend.

The blind came apart the first time it was used , I’m very disappointed and would like a refund or a new blind sent out to me

However couple days later got a phone call saying 1 of the blinds was discontinued yet it was still on the website! They would send samples but then I got email saying my whole order had been refunded.
