One blind was not the size I ordered, so light came in the sides. I asked to return for a refund, and was told to send a video proving that the actual size of the blinds they sent was what I said it was. I did so and never heard from them again (this was over six months ago). So I have no useable blinds and no refund.

No problem with the service only the virtual assistant I personally prefer to talk to a human voice sometimes you want an instant response. Virtual assistant cannot do this. Otherwise the online experience was first class.
