One blind was not the size I ordered, so light came in the sides. I asked to return for a refund, and was told to send a video proving that the actual size of the blinds they sent was what I said it was. I did so and never heard from them again (this was over six months ago). So I have no useable blinds and no refund.

Order took longer than expected to arrive and 2 of the 3 blinds ordered were the wrong size, wrong design and wrong colour and do not reflect what was written on the invoice that came with them. Trying to resolve the issue with the company has lead to multiple insinuations of customer error despite photos proving otherwise. Currently on 3rd email sent with photos and no closer to resolution. Requesting a full refund and do not recommend.
