Today I received my blind ,you.have sent a plain white blind ,I ordered the Aruba blind which has a patten in it ,can you please arrange a pick up and refund or the correct blind

One blind was not the size I ordered, so light came in the sides. I asked to return for a refund, and was told to send a video proving that the actual size of the blinds they sent was what I said it was. I did so and never heard from them again (this was over six months ago). So I have no useable blinds and no refund.
