About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

Not only is it disappointing for you as we understand that you were relying on us for an important occasion, but also for us as our team works so hard to ensure your gift set is perfect before leaving our workshops. All our packaging is specifically designed to fit through a standard sized UK letterbox. Whilst we make every effort to ensure this is communicated on our packaging, unfortunately, from time to time the Royal Mail officers makes the final decision on whether it's suitable to post through the letterbox. “Lovely assorted flavour Whisky set with tasting notes and history. It arrived on time and safely, along with a lovely personal card. Very easy to order and a lot of choice at affordable costs. The order had a delay on it as I wanted it delivered for a specific day, with it arriving exactly when I wanted.”

“Problem caused by non delivery appears to be fault of Royal Mail but quickly rectified by Letterbox . Can definitely recommend on quality of customer service resolving issue and quality of goods supplied”
