About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“Lovely selection, beautifully packaged, prices are a tad high in my opinion. I think if they were 5% less than they are currently, the value for money would be great.”

“Gift was good but I the box didn’t fit in the letterbox which does defeat the point I have used you before and everything was fine so don’t know what happened this time”

All our packaging is specifically designed to fit through a standard sized UK letterbox. “I understand from my neice that the gift was nice. I haven't seen it, so don't know. Ordering was easy. However, it is disappointing that you ask what date it should be delivered and it then arrived the day before. I understand that you have no control on the post office, but why ask for a delivery date?”

“Very pleased with the gift itself but disappointed with delivery timing sadly. I requested a date about 7 days ahead (for a birthday) but with no warning the parcel was dispatched and delivered immediately.”

“The gift is nice and I think my friend will love it, however it is not packaged well and all the gin was rolling around in the box which doesn’t look great.”

“I originally ordered a gift for my friend, but unfortunately it never arrived. After managing to get in contact with the team - they have since sorted. I have used letterbox gifts before and this is the only time I’ve had an issue and it was respectfully resolved. I would still recommend.”

“I ordered a bottle of wine for my friends birthday and paid via Paypal. A couple of strange things happened 1) The system took my friends address as my billing address and then subsequently sent me emails addressed to her 2) Royal Mail attempted delivery and left a card, they did redeliver later but I was under the impression these gifts would go through the letterbox and not need signing for...... Anyway my friend got the wine for her birthday on time..... but I think the system is a little glitchy.”

“Very pleased with letterbox gifts. My gift was delivered when it was supposed to. I was given updates to say when delivery would take place. My only downside is that I had to wait a while for updates regarding the order.”

“Problem caused by non delivery appears to be fault of Royal Mail but quickly rectified by Letterbox . Can definitely recommend on quality of customer service resolving issue and quality of goods supplied”

“A lovely selection of gifts and I will certainly use this online shop again. It is a very clever concept, creating gifts that fit through a letterbox! My friend was thrilled with her gift - she told me the packaging was robust and the contents beautifully presented. I was disappointed however that the gift did not arrive on my preferred date which was my friend's birthday.”
