About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

Hello, We understand the importance of delivering our gifts as close as possible to the 'preferred delivery date' specified during the ordering process. We do our upmost to honour these preferences and ensure a timely delivery. However, it's essential to clarify that 'preferred delivery date' is not a guarantee of the exact delivery date, but rather a guideline for our team. Our standard delivery option is 2-3 working days so we like to err on the side of caution when sending gifts, especially for special occasions such as birthdays. With regards to the addresses, when you use PayPal, these details may often be automatically filled out about shipping and billing address, but I'll assure you that with gift sets we don't send any price or billing information to the recipient. “Very pleased with letterbox gifts. My gift was delivered when it was supposed to. I was given updates to say when delivery would take place. My only downside is that I had to wait a while for updates regarding the order.”
