About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“My work team purchased your ‘thinking of you’ gift for our colleague whose mother just passed away. She was really happy with it. The smell filled out office and the way it was wrapped was lovely. First time using this site and would do again, thank you :)”

“Package was NEVER received by the receiptiant. Placed an order on a Monday at 4pm, was meant to get delivered within 24 hours, however a week later it still hasn't been delivered. Will be contacting my bank to seek a charge back as they have yet to respond to my requests for assistance.”

“Must admit a little puzzled as we ordered a "letterbox" gift but received notification from Royal Mail that rather than put it through the said letterbox of the intended recipient, they have left it with the neighbour! Somewhat defeats the object of ordering a "letterbox" gift. As the recipient is still away we are waiting to hear from them to clarify they have safely received the gift from the neighbour rather than directly from their letterbox.”

All our packaging is specifically designed to fit through a standard sized UK letterbox. Whilst we make every effort to ensure this is communicated on our packaging, unfortunately, from time to time the Royal Mail officers makes the final decision on whether it's suitable to post through the letterbox.
