About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

Hello John, We are sorry that the gift arrived a day earlier than you'd expected. We always try our best to deliver on the customers preferred delivery date but I'm afraid this isn't a guarantee. Dear Clare, We are so sorry to see you were not satisfied with our service. We want to make sure all our customers receive the best possible service. We've looked into your order and you requested an address change from the original order which was changed straight away by our team. The tracking shows a photo of a parcel being delivered but as you contact us to say it hadn't arrived we issued a full refund promptly.
