Must admit a little puzzled as we ordered a "letterbox" gift but received notification from Royal Mail that rather than put it through the said letterbox of the intended recipient, they have left it with the neighbour! Somewhat defeats the object of ordering a "letterbox" gift.
As the recipient is still away we are waiting to hear from them to clarify they have safely received the gift from the neighbour rather than directly from their letterbox.
