Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

Package was NEVER received by the receiptiant. Placed an order on a Monday at 4pm, was meant to get delivered within 24 hours, however a week later it still hasn't been delivered. Will be contacting my bank to seek a charge back as they have yet to respond to my requests for assistance.

All our packaging is specifically designed to fit through a standard sized UK letterbox. Whilst we make every effort to ensure this is communicated on our packaging, unfortunately, from time to time the Royal Mail officers makes the final decision on whether it's suitable to post through the letterbox. Hello, We're very sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the level of service you received. As you've chosen to leave an anonymous review, we'll respect your anonymity but we do want to provide some context to this issue. Unfortunately the house number you provided us at check out was incorrect so Royal Mail were unable to deliver your parcel successfully. As mentioned via our emails, we understand your frustration but in the case of perishable items such as brownies, we are faced with specific challenges in addressing issues with the order, as they have a limited shelf life and cannot be reshipped or refunded once dispatched. We're very sorry you're left feeling disappointed. We worked hard in the background to do what we could and offer a private discount code. Hello, We understand the importance of delivering our gifts as close as possible to the 'preferred delivery date' specified during the ordering process. We do our upmost to honour these preferences and ensure a timely delivery. However, it's essential to clarify that 'preferred delivery date' is not a guarantee of the exact delivery date, but rather a guideline for our team. Our standard delivery option is 2-3 working days so we like to err on the side of caution when sending gifts, especially for special occasions such as birthdays. With regards to the addresses, when you use PayPal, these details may often be automatically filled out about shipping and billing address, but I'll assure you that with gift sets we don't send any price or billing information to the recipient. Hi Debbie, I'm really sorry that your Letterbox Gift arrived later than you'd expected. As the order was placed over the weekend (we're open and dispatch gifts Monday to Friday) I can see that your gift was carefully packaged and sent on the first working day possible, Monday. The gift was delivered using the Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service (2-3 working days) selected when ordering and I see that it was delivered on the Thursday. Once again, I'm sorry for any disappointment this may have caused you. I purchased a Brownie Box for 24hr delivery but it arrived almost a week later. This was obviously meant for a birthday gift so to not arrive on time defeats the object of paying additional for specific postage.

Hello, We're really sorry to hear that your gift took so long to arrive. It was dispatched on time with 2nd class post so we would normally expect this to arrive within 2-3 days. Not happy I ordered for my friends birthday and thought as stated it would be posted through the letter box but my friend had a note to collect a parcel from the post office ( I presume more a post office issue than the company) but really really disappointing

hi I purchased this gift as a present for my brothers birthday. unfortunately I didn't know he was going on hoilday, but due to the gift being a letterbox gift I didn't see an issue. The post office who deliver decided not to post the gift but to leave it in a garden waste bin outside. I don't know if this gift has been received or stolen or recycled.

All our packaging is specifically designed to fit through a standard-sized letterbox and clearly state on the packaging that they are to be posted through the letterbox. We're not sure why this hasn't occurred on this occasion but we are looking into it to ensure it doesn't happen in the future. I ordered some valentines brownies for my other half for Valentine’s Day and was appalled to see this message written on my card to him. What a disgusting message to have on cards being send out to customers on Valentine’s Day. Inappropriate. Will not be ordering again. Unacceptable.

I placed this order a week ago and still not received it! I received an email informing me that it has been sent to Royal mail, when I tracked the parcel it says it is still waiting to be dispatched!

I ordered the Macarons gift box for a friend's birthday - two weeks in advance with the desired delivery date of 30.05, which I entered in the field provided on the website. Unfortunately, the birthday gift was delivered two days after the order and therefore arrived much too early. That spoiled everything...

I’m very disappointed that having ordered a ‘letterbox’ birthday gift for a friend, as I knew she wouldn’t be home, that instead of being posted Royal Mail left an ‘unable to deliver’ card...totally defeats the idea & has meant she has got to collect it..not happy.
