They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“I ordered a letterbox gift for a friend. I wasn't sure she would be around for the delivery so was pleased that the gift would be posted through the letterbox. However, the gift was left on the doorstep. My friend was, in fact, away for a few days. Luckily, they saw the gift delivered on their Ring door camera and contacted a local friend to collect ot from the doorstep before it was stolen.”

It is important to us that we provide the best service to our customers as we are always looking for ways to ensure that the gifts are posted directly to recipients through the letterbox. All our packaging is specifically designed to fit through a standard sized UK letterbox. Whilst we make every effort to ensure this is communicated on our packaging, unfortunately, from time to time the Royal Mail officers aren't able to post them through. “Letterbox Gifts provides a way for us to communicate our care when we cannot physically be with the one we love. The gift took a day longer than had been anticipated which was OK because it was not time-sensitive.”
