About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

After reviewing our records, I can see that your order was placed on the 9th May with a requested delivery date of the 9th or 10th. We dispatched your gift promptly on the 9th. While we always strive to deliver on a customer's preferred date, this is not a guarantee. Our standard delivery takes 2-3 working days, and we recommend keeping this timeframe in mind to avoid disappointment. For future orders, we do offer a Tracked 24 service through Royal Mail which aims to deliver within 24 hours. We apologise again for the delay.
