Hi Debra, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. The 'Mini Pamper Package' you selected includes larger items that are not letterbox-friendly, as noted in the product description. We apologise for any disappointment this caused and appreciate your comments. We will look into ways to make this information even clearer for our customers in the future. Please feel free to reach out to us at hello@letterboxgiftshop.com if you have any further questions. Kind regards, Lyndsey at Letterbox Gifts

“Delivered fast, happily received, value for money”

“Although the content of the gift was fine, the "letterbox" gift couldn't be delivered without someone being available to receive it, which totally defeated the idea of the "letterbox" gift. Apparently there was so much packing around the box it wouldn't fit through the letterbox. So in the end the gift was finally received after the date intended as the recipient had to be home to receive it. Disappointed as thought it a brilliant way to make sure a gift could be delivered for a special birthday.”
