About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“Although the content of the gift was fine, the "letterbox" gift couldn't be delivered without someone being available to receive it, which totally defeated the idea of the "letterbox" gift. Apparently there was so much packing around the box it wouldn't fit through the letterbox. So in the end the gift was finally received after the date intended as the recipient had to be home to receive it. Disappointed as thought it a brilliant way to make sure a gift could be delivered for a special birthday.”

After reviewing our records, I can see that your order was placed on the 9th May with a requested delivery date of the 9th or 10th. We dispatched your gift promptly on the 9th. While we always strive to deliver on a customer's preferred date, this is not a guarantee. Our standard delivery takes 2-3 working days, and we recommend keeping this timeframe in mind to avoid disappointment.
