About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“Very good service - gift arrived as expected. A query arising from my completion of the order form (my query and confusion) was dealt with promptly and pleasantly by email from customer service. The brownies were a gift and are being enjoyed, far from me sadly! I will certainly be ordering from LG again.”

“Sent as a big hug for my daughter who doesn’t live near me. She loved it. It arrived promptly, packaged beautifully and the she loved all the little gifts inside and said the candles smelt beautiful. Would definitely use again.”

All our packaging is specifically designed to fit through a standard sized UK letterbox. Whilst we make every effort to ensure this is communicated on our packaging, unfortunately, from time to time the Royal Mail officers makes the final decision on whether it's suitable to post through the letterbox. “I wanted to send a gift to a friend, ordered last minute, day before in fact ! Didn’t want to send flowers as thought the recipient would have gone away for the day . “The actual gift, a personalised bottle of wine seemed as described from the photo I was sent by the recipient. But, given it was a specially shaped flatter bottle of wine intended to go through the letter box, I was disappointed to find that it was simply left next to a recycling box outside the recipients house. What is the point of a 'letter box gift if it can't be posted through the letter box!”
