About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“The actual gift, a personalised bottle of wine seemed as described from the photo I was sent by the recipient. But, given it was a specially shaped flatter bottle of wine intended to go through the letter box, I was disappointed to find that it was simply left next to a recycling box outside the recipients house. What is the point of a 'letter box gift if it can't be posted through the letter box!”

It is important to us that we provide the best service to our customers as we are always looking for ways to ensure that the gifts are posted directly to recipients through the letterbox. All our packaging is specifically designed to fit through a standard sized UK letterbox. Whilst we make every effort to ensure this is communicated on our packaging, unfortunately, from time to time the Royal Mail officers aren't able to post them through. “The website was quite easy to use and there was a fair amount of things to choose from. I particularly liked the option to send a video message along with the gift. The negative point was that I was promised a tracking update once my item was shipped, but I didn't receive any further communications. I ordered an item on Wednesday, due to ship on Thursday and be delivered on Friday. I hadn't heard anything by Saturday so I emailed them but didn't receive a reply until Monday. I have not received a notification to say the recipient has opened my video message but I don't know whether this is because the message is unopened or because I just haven't been sent the notification.”
