About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“The present itself was nice, albeit theissue was missing item from the gift and the customer service has been awful. I e-mailed about the missing item from the gift I ordered initially, and have still not had any response. I followed up via live chat, and all I got was a response confirming my box had been delivered - so they clearly did not even read my enquiry as I specifically stated there was missing items FROM my box.”

“The letterbox gift itself was as good quality as I had expected, however, having ordered 2 separate letterbox gifts to be sent to the same address they were found outside on the doorstep (a day late) wrapped together with a single rubber band (1 box containing chocolates left in the sun on a hot day) and not posted through the letterbox at all which seemingly defeated the point in ordering from letterbox gifts rather than another online gift company as well as paying for the express delivery.”

Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry to hear your gifts were not posted through the letterbox. The packaging clearly explains that the package fits through the letterbox but unfortunately, as you described on this occasion the Royal Mail bundled two gift sets together and left them on the doorstep. This is certainly not the point of our gift sets and we are sorry for any inconvenience. Hello Rosie, We're sorry to hear that the gift did not fit through the letterbox. Our gift sets are designed to fit through all standard sized letterboxes and the outer packaging clearly states this. However, some older-style houses can have smaller letterboxes or the postie may decide it is not suitable to post through the letterbox for some reason. Kind regards, Letterbox Gifts

“This was an anniversary gift for my daughter & son in law, which did arrive on the day I requested but the inner box was torn in the corner & the little bottles of gin had slipped & didn’t look as good as shown on the website. Just a tiny piece of sticky tape under each bottle to keep them in place would have made the presentation perfect. I will include a photo.”
