“Fabulous customer service. I had issues with a delivery and they were very quick to sort it out for me. Have never had such excellent customer service before. I’m in Canada and my order shipped and arrived very promptly. Also prices were extremely competitive, and delivery fee was the same as ordering from Canada or the US. Will absolutely order from Laughing Hens again!”

“Wir sind enttäuscht , wir haben Wolle bestellt und bezahlt und nicht bekommen !!! Im Paket waren nur 2 Nadeln , Stricknadeln aus Holz… und wir mussten noch Zoll bezahlen !!! No good deal !!! Schade !!! Keine Wolle kein Projekt !!!”

“No complaint about you but the Regia yarn on one of the balls was not the colour I ordered. The other one was “fairisle” effect but wasn’t as muted as I thought it would be. I love Regia yarn but wonder what’s going on at their end! Good service from yourselves.”
