“Even though it took over a month to recive the pattern book, the customer service provided by Joanna was wonderful. This pattern book was well worth the wait, I just had to knit on another project while waiting. Laughing Hens have a wonderful selection of patterns. There site has necome a favorite to brouse through.”

“The customer service emails were lovely and genuine, her name was Joanna. I bought my yarn and made a mistake by ordering one I already had. I hoped I could’ve returned it and exchanged it for another ball of the same brand, the one I had bought had 20% off and the other had 10% off at that time but I didn’t receive any email replies for a week due to the Easter holidays having just past a number of days before. I have been issued a refund for what I bought after hoping I could’ve swapped it for the one I would’ve preferred and paid the difference. I don’t know wether I will shop here again due to the middle over my order.”

“I ordered metallic yarn. It was very thin like doily thread. I was hoping for a fingerling weight. Some how my order started with Laughing Hens and ended up with the order coming from a John O'Kell on the other side of the pond. My pattern is Arne and Carlos xmas balls and was looking to put some sparkle in the knitted balls. It took 10 days to recieve order which is understandable and their communication was timely and consistant, so no complaints there. Just disappointed with the thickness of the yarn. I'm using a US #3 dpns. Thank you for good service.”
