“I wanted to make a shawl out of one particular yarn and color. Laughing Hen was the only one of two yarn shops I could find on the internet that carried it. I bought it from them. Their response was accurate, affordable and very quick. I wouldn't hesitate to shop with them again.”

“I placed an order 10 days ago, received confirmation of my order and receipt for payment. However, that's the last correspondence. It would be nice to know if/when my order will be shipped. I sent 2 emails this morning requesting status and have not received a response at this time. The time difference may contribute to the response time. I really look forward to receiving my order so I can begin a new project.”

“I live in the US, in a small town in Texas, where it’s difficult to get quality yarn for a decent price. The yarn shop closest to me offers beautiful yarn from all over the world at a considerable mark-up. I was so happy to find the Laughing Hens website with yarns that I’ve seen and fallen in love with at that store but at a reasonable price PLUS the low shipping rates! I look forward to making more purchases from Laughing Hens in the future!”
