“Awful customer service. Wool was ordered on 20th September and finally arrived on 22nd October after emailing and phoning your order line numerous times. 2 balls of wool were not sent out as out of stock but was told they would be sent out when back in stock. I’ve checked your website and they are in stock but you haven’t sent them out……”

“Purchased Manos del Uruguay silk blend fino in Inkwell and Clarissa mini skeins. Had used the yarn once before so knew it would be super soft. Thrilled with the shawl I made whilst on holiday recently when I spent quite a lot of time on planes and coaches! Now looking for a new project. Love this yarn!”
