“Always has a great supply of beautiful yarn and provides access to pre-sale on really good knitting magazines and books. Fantastic for me as I live in an area where the usual yarn on sale has lots and lots and lots of acrylic in it! Laughing Hens is a knitting heaven.”

“Delivery was later than I paid for but a refund was given I managed to get my shawl finished. Emma was very helpful and sorted it for me . As I only had 2 days to complete before I was meeting my friend whilst on holiday . But all ended well .”

“I love the quality of the metallic yarn. Customer service is great. I was really excited when I received and opened my order. I was sad that they have been out of the white so long. They cheerfully refunded me, for the white. I'm certain that I will shop with Laughing Hens again.”
