“I bought Urth yarns uneek fingering weight and love the softness, colour changing patterning - the brightly coloured one is great fun. The order was processed quickly but delivery slowed by Evri which was a shame, but otherwise I am delighted - thank you.”

“My order was send quickly and the missing ball too, but as this one was send by Royal Mail the fees were the same as the price of the yarnball 😒. But that's the fault of higher instancies.”

“Proactive customer service - I'd ordered on Sunday and they emailed me on Monday morning to let me know despatches were being slightly delayed due to their sale over the weekend. The delay wasn't long (my order was sent out on the Wednesday, only a day behind schedule), so overall a pretty good experience”
