“Product as described, no issues except for delivery time. I assumed shipping would be out of Germany, but it was sent from UK and took many, many days to arrive. I deliberately didn't purchase directly from the UK site because the Brexit issue makes it difficult; I thought I'd figured out a way around this, but not so.”

“The kit included all yarns andinstructions. The chart and instructions are printed on standard A4 copy paper but as the chart was not printed in landscape format it is very small and hard to read. Luckily I have the original Marie Wallin book with the pattern in which is much easier to read.”

“I have been searching for a slouchy cardigan pattern for ages so when I saw this one I k ew it was perfect . The pattern is in a booklet with helpful instructions and YouTube videos. I am enjoying knitting this cardigan and planning on making another one.”

“There was a problem as my order was delivered to my next door neighbour who is rarely at home and I reported this and ordered a second lot of wool. This was returned when my neighbour brought in the 2 packets to me. I started to knit so have started 1 ball and will be returning most of this order when my granddaughter in Australia lets me know another colour to order.”

“Love products and service of Laughing hens. However on my last order, the parcel was held until I paid €8.50 in customs duty. I live in Kildare, Ireland. This was very disappointing. I am not sure if there is a way around this. Keep doing what you're doing 😁🙃 Elaine”

“I'm very grateful that I could get this pattern. I have knitted this lovely jacket before for my granddaughter (she is now 14). This jacket is for my great niece (she is 1). Your service was excellent, I didn't have any problems downloading the pattern at all. Actually I just finished the jacket last night, now onto the next one. Thanks again Greta Talbot.”

“usually excellent, but recently sent wool back due to it being impossible to unravel the skein and have never received my refund. update they have resolved the issue and as they have an excellent selection of products and this is the first issue I have ever had, I am pleased to continue to recommend them.”

“Arrival very good, packaging very good pity the colour didn't match the web site colour, but ok kept it anyway. Would be good if you could purchase a colour card with the money paid for it comes off when you buy the actual wool.”

“Loved the patterns but unfortunately ran out of wool for second men’s sock so had to buy a 4 ply to finish, other sock wool 100gram balls I make same length and have enough.”
