“Good service. An acknowledgement of order email, and an order despatched email, would be great. As would the ability to choose a dye lot for yarn when adding to shopping bag.”

“I would give 5 stars, (which I very rarely do) but for a wrong skein of wool sent in my first order. That said, the error was very quickly corrected at no cost to me (I live in Australia). Overall I find LH to be a first rate online business with which to deal.”

“No problem at all the only thing I wish was that you could request the same lot number on repeat orders. I ran out of yarn and the yarn sent was the same lot number but there was no way for me to know that up front. (like Wool Wearhouse). The yarn was great the price in line and fast shipping.”

“Product as described, no issues except for delivery time. I assumed shipping would be out of Germany, but it was sent from UK and took many, many days to arrive. I deliberately didn't purchase directly from the UK site because the Brexit issue makes it difficult; I thought I'd figured out a way around this, but not so.”

“The kit included all yarns andinstructions. The chart and instructions are printed on standard A4 copy paper but as the chart was not printed in landscape format it is very small and hard to read. Luckily I have the original Marie Wallin book with the pattern in which is much easier to read.”

“I have been searching for a slouchy cardigan pattern for ages so when I saw this one I k ew it was perfect . The pattern is in a booklet with helpful instructions and YouTube videos. I am enjoying knitting this cardigan and planning on making another one.”

“I am pleased with my purchase of alpaca wool. My only problem is that I overbought. I could not find an alpaca specific pattern on your website and used a double knitting pattern quantity.”
