“Hi I am writing in response to your request for feedback. I have not had a problem with Laughing Hens and the service they provide, but I am dissappointed about the quality of the yarn I purchased. The only yarn that I have used so far is the Regia Design Line by Arne & Carlos 03658 Winter Night. I purchased this, along with another regia yarn and a ball of West Yorkshire Spinners sock yarn, in May this year, but did not begin knitting until yesterday. As I used this yarn for knitting a sock, there have been sections that are very thin and fragile. I have included one photo of a section of yarn and another of the yarn on the needle so that you can see the difference between most of the yarn and the thin sections. I cut out and spliced the yarn on the first two occasions that I met a very thin section, but found that there are so many that this is not viable. So far, I have only knitted about 2 inches of the first sock, but I am reluctant to knit any more as I am concerned about the integirty of the final knitted item.”

“purchased and delivered to Canada in 5 day..... What a nice surprise. No extra fees and was able to purchase the addi's sizes that I needed. Yes, I will purchase again from then, even though I'm from Canada. Will not purchase from USA any more, even though closer, too many hidden fee's and import tax etc... So UK is where I'm shopping from. Not even amazon had these sizes, at Laughing Hen's prices.”

“I practice and teach Tai Chi. I fell in love with Ricorumi Element Heads. I wish they had the 5 Chinese Elements. Laughing Hens is the only place I found ALL the colorways.”
