“No communication Had to fight to get 10% discount I was promised. Parcel arrived torn and had to be contained in a post office bag. Will not be trading with this company again.”

“Hate how the yarn were shipped in a thin paper bag, received it damaged. Unfortunately was running very late in my project so couldn’t do the return, who send the delicate threads do carelessly”

“Loved the patterns but unfortunately ran out of wool for second men’s sock so had to buy a 4 ply to finish, other sock wool 100gram balls I make same length and have enough.”
