“Arrived and I am now in the process of knitting the jumper for my son. Have not knit in linen/cotton before so will not know how I feel about it until it is complete. I was thrown back as it arrived in skein twist and I have not used this before. Instinct told me to find the beginning and put in at the back of a chair but google taught me to unravel make it into a ball. I feel you would benefit your customers by explaining this to them. Also it is difficult to judge the colour and texture by looking online so maybe a sample sent ahead of placing order would help.”

“I am still waiting for Sirdar Cashmere Merino silk DK Waterlily. I cannot finish the cardigan without it so please send the one ball as soon as possible. Apart from that Laughing Hens have been very good.”

“I ordered 2 colours of same yarn for a gift. Very happy with both quality and colour. I do not know what they’ll knit like but recipient was very happy. Only downside one ball arrived and there was a delay in receiving the other with no correspondence advising of delivery. As this was a birthday gift I was worried the second coordinating ball wouldn’t arrive in time . However it was delivered before the birthday.”

“Delivery of my orders has always been quick, but this time I needed to exchange the wool for a different colour and that was slow, so that I rang to check that the returned wool had arrived and not been lost in the post (it hadn't).”

“Overall, I'm really satisfied with Laughing Hens. I cannot give it 5 stars due to the excessive cardboard packaging that has been used in my orders. Example: I received some knitting needles recently that were package in a HUGE envelope of corrugated cardboard. Completely wasteful and unnecessary.”

“I love my pattern and although I got worried aout the delivery going missing the folk at Laughing Hens answered my emails and the cotton all arrived safely to here in New Zealand. I did get a couple of balls different from the pattern but they were what had been ordered by clicking on the option of ordering the whole lot. I am sure it will work out, and being a crochet throw, I am sure I can get a bit creative if it doesn't.”

“Great selection, easy online ordering. Fast and efficient delivery. Very happy with the wool selection I ordered. Also used email to ask a question, initial fast response but still a bit confused about what I need to do to obtain an order when your present stock does not have enough to complete my project”
