“Yarn arrived a little late but otherwise as ordered. Very happy with the quality and the stock, as I had been looking for Rowan cotton chenille and this was the only place I found it. Combined with existig stash to crochet this tweedy afghan.”

Hello Amy. We apologise for the slow delivery. As explained Via email, your order was dispatched on 21/02, as you are based in the US postage will be a little slower. On average orders take 10 working days but can take up to 4 weeks. Kind Regards, Joanna. Laughing Hens.

“I ordered 16 balls of wool but it took 2 months to be delivered. I was kept informed about the progress of the order, but I was told several times the order would be sent in a few days.”

“To order was easy, lots of choice too although I was looking for a specific yarn to knit some hen egg cosies! Delivery was prompt and so pleased to see the wool packed in tissue and NOT plastic!! Will definitely order from you again. X”

“Laughing Hens offered Rowan’s Baby Merino Silk DK, the yarn I was shopping for, at a great sale price. The shipping to the U.S. was not a deal breaker, but very reasonable. Not having purchased from LH before, I was a little hesitant, but I have never had a problem receiving packages from the U.K. before, so decided to place my order. I need not have worried! I received updates for my order and time of shipment. My yarn came packaged securely, in a timely manner, and in the familiar blue Royal Mail mailer. I am a very happy customer.”
