“Laughing Hens was excellent with their communications with me. The pattern book I ordered was on back order and Laughing Hens communicated that with me with an estimation of when I could expect the book to be back in stock. They shipped my yarn immediately out to me without the book, and notified me as soon as the book was shipped. I was concerned at first as I was ordering from outside of the UK. The yarn was shipped and arrived fairly quickly. I'm looking forward to the books arrival.”
