“Delivery of my orders has always been quick, but this time I needed to exchange the wool for a different colour and that was slow, so that I rang to check that the returned wool had arrived and not been lost in the post (it hadn't).”

“I have ordered three Knitting Pattern Books from LH. I have had really great communication from them, the first book arrived on time and the next two are on their way to me, in Australia. I was unable to find any of these available in Australia, so I was willing to pay the reasonable cost for freight.”

“Awesome service. Beautiful yarns. I'm in Australia and it's hard to get good cotton chunky yarns or 5 ply ones. The ones I've ordered are lovely, especially the 'Creative' chunky cotton... gorgeous and soft. Laughing Hens had everything I needed and it came super quick. Quicker than things I order in Australia during this pandemic actually. They also matched my dye lots when I under ordered on a project. They also credited my discount that fell off during checkout Highly recommended.”

“My order was posted from the UK to Australia faster than a local order so that was great. I ordered some Regia Arne and Carlos sock wool in the purple and orange colour way which I had used before. Unfortunately for me, the new purple was a very different colour from the original one so that was a bit disappointing. It obviously wasn't the shop's fault. I'm used to dye lots being slightly different but this was hugely different. Anyway, it was only for socks so all good.”
