“Long wait for delivery then when the red yarn eventually came it was the wrong colour red. Not impressed and won’t use again - had to order elsewhere in the meantime where there was a 24 hour delivery.”

“Laughing Hens is my first port of call for all of my knitting requirements. They were one of the first websites to show the full contents of any knitting booklets. Customer service is good too. I have only had one problem and that was with an incorrect item being sent. The correct replacement was sent next day delivery with no quibble at all. The only downside is the website can be really slow at times.”

“I had purchased insufficient supplies of wool for a baby blanket I am knitting for my first grandchild and then discovered it was sold out in my local retailers. They phoned numerous other stockists with the same result and then suggested the Laughing Hen website as a last resort. Sure enough you had the wool in stock and organised delivery within a week - efficient and life saving! Many thanks Mary Hand Dublin”

“I love my pattern and although I got worried aout the delivery going missing the folk at Laughing Hens answered my emails and the cotton all arrived safely to here in New Zealand. I did get a couple of balls different from the pattern but they were what had been ordered by clicking on the option of ordering the whole lot. I am sure it will work out, and being a crochet throw, I am sure I can get a bit creative if it doesn't.”

“i love my new needles. Shipping was slow, but that is not their fault. when it came i was so so excited and knitting this pair of socks was the smoothest ever. Very good products :D”

“Great selection, easy online ordering. Fast and efficient delivery. Very happy with the wool selection I ordered.
