“I had a delay on my order. Whenever I rang in, the person answering was very helpful and patient with me. I got a refund on some wool when I realised I had over-ordered - that was extremely straight forward, considering it was my error.”

“My order of Drops Baby Alpaca Silk arrived at my home in BC, Canada precisely 3 weeks from the order date: very impressive, considering Covid and weather delays affecting our postal delivery. The yarn was nicely tissue paper wrapped in bundles of 2 to 3 balls each, and then shipped in a waterproof mailer. This gorgeous yarn was better priced than I could find anywhere in Canada. I’ve already sung Laughing Hen’s praises to one friend who enjoys beautiful, quality yarns, and I look forward to making future orders. Well done!!!”
