“Wrong item received 4.5mm not 4.00 as on order. I sent an email straight away but I am still waiting for a response. Therefore I have not been able to start my project. Any chance of you now sending a 4.00mm so that I can start my project”

“I found what I wanted and even during a pandemic, I get the yarn! Making a very special baby blanket. The yarn is perfect, soft drape, with enough definition to keep the patten.”

“I bought the wool for my sister who has no internet but knits. She is very pleased with the wool and says she has no rash on her hands as she gets with other yarns. Hopefully she will ask me to buy some more for her.”
