“Took a long while to receive my order but not any fault of Laughing Hens. This pandemic has slowed everything from everywhere. I contacted and was responded to within a day and was very pleased with the customer service. Will plan on many purchases with Laughing Hens once things settle down. Thank you!!”

“Hi there- you were very good at letting me know that there would be a delay in getting the same dye lots for my 6balls of wool but when they arrived one was different. It’s not an issue though. Unfortunately I have a feeling that it might take 7balls to complete the girls poncho.”

“I was able to find the really long DPNs that no one else seems to carry. They got held up in customs for a bit, but with the new world that we are living in, it’s perfectly understandable. I was able to follow the tracking online, another plus with Laughing Hens. This service isn’t always provided when ordering internationally.”
