“I am very disappointed on how lon it is taking to have something shipped to Canada I ordered items on October 3rd and i stll hsve not received my parcel. I have ordered other items that were shipped from China and it arrived in less than 10 days!”

“Reasonable selection of yarn at good prices. Good communication. However, to my disappointment, not all ordered yarn was available for delivery. As a result, I had to reorder the missing items elsewhere and pay delivery fee (originally, I was hoping to combine my order as LH seemed to have in stock all that I needed)”

“Today, many want what they want NOW. Also today, many have become unreasonable. Having said those things, I truly want to thank Laughing Hens for the courtesies and attention and time given me. I find this company professional and interested in their customers, and this is why: when my order could not be immediately filled, I was contacted (communication) and offered a choice. I made my choice to wait for the original order and Laughing Hens followed through until the order was completed. I am grateful for your kind help! And, by the way, it was well worth the wait!
