“I was looking for a particular yarn and visited so many sites online in my search, both here in the US and the UK. I found what I wanted on Laughing Hens and placed my order. My purchase was processed quickly, well packaged and arrived in a timely manner. The yarn was exactly what I wanted. I recommend Laughing Hens and will be buying from them again.”

“I was disappointed to find a knot in the yarn where it must have broken before it was wound and sent. I'm making socks so that's not great. I was given £1.94 refund (10%) but I don't think that is really adequate. A shame because otherwise it's quite nice wool. My instruction to leave the parcel with a neighbour if I was out was also ignored which caused inconvenience. I had to go to the City parcel office to collect my purchase and join the back of a very long queue.”

“I belong to a Cornish knitting group who meet every week - we meet in a pub where the landlord is kind enough to reserve a table for us. we have a lovely time. I used an Erika Knight pattern and her wool supplied by you. Both pattern and wool are good so was able to go to the group wearing my newly knitted sweater. I ordered more wool which, again, arrived on time and am knitting another Erika Knight pattern.”

“Quick delivery and great product. Offered a return and refund as different dye lots, but as I do small projects, this wasn’t an issue.”
