The lamp took 4 months to arrive and when it got here it was very noticeably bent. Lampsy offered me a 25% discount due to the fault but have refused to refund the £4.99 delivery charge and haven't replied to my message about returning the item. It's a nice lamp (or would be without the wonky stem!) but I wouldn't place another order after this experience unfortunately.

I was sent the wrong item and it’s still up to me to arrange the return. I submitted for one but still no response.

Received a bulb - didn’t receive the light I ordered first/ they told me wasn’t in stock anymore.

Item ordered was not in stock and took months to be delivered with zero communication unless initiated by me. Product when finally delivered was subpar and attempts to receive a refund have so far been unsuccessful. Would strong advise against using Lampsy in the future and will be sharing this experience with others.

Light stopped working after it let in rainwater - absolutely appalling product. Will never order from you again.

There isn't a way of contact this company other than email which they have not responded to. They really they shouldn't be selling things they haven't got in stock. I see they still have 10 available lights online of my particular order however can not fulfil this item and I find this is misleading to the consumers and should not be allowed. If you are a drop shipper Please state this on your website so we as consumers can make a more considered decision. I'm very disappointed and I have not received my refund.

The ceiling hung lights are bitterly disappointing. Not until hung do you realise that the ceiling roses have no way to attach to the ceiling so they hover crookedly off the ceiling and look a mess. They ‘re cheap looking and plastic. Such a con.

Not a professional company! It has now been 4 weeks since I ordered a floor lamp and I have very little information telling me what the problem is or when my order will arrive. This is very unsatisfactory and not what I would expect from a reputable company. I was offered a refund due to the delay but decided not to, as I was informed the delivery would be this week. This week has now come to an end! I have had no information re tracking details and wonder if the order has been processed at all. They answer your emails infrequently if at all and you cannot contact them by phone. I have had to do most of the chasing including contacting delivery couriers. Lampsy is taking no responsibility, blaming couriers, Covid or Brexit. Alas I would not recommend this company based of my very poor experience. Caroline , Edinburgh

Hello Eamonn, We received your email 18 minutes ago and I've just sent you a reply. Your order will be delivered on time. It was dispatched yesterday and is currently out for delivery with Parcelforce. We sent an email to you yesterday confirming dispatch, although I've included all the details in my reply just now, incase you didn't receive it. Michael

10 days after an email indicating the items were dispatched we still haven’t received them-so I can’t really rate the experience in any more detail that that at this point.

Ordered a lamp which was broken. Was told I had to take the said lamp to a collection point and reorder another lamp. Paid twice never recieved new lamp even though it said it was in stock so have cancelled order and reoredered elsewhere. Still waiting for a refund for 2 lamps!!! Shocking service.

The lamp I received does not work very well as the glass part does not screw onto the base correctly. I did email Lampsy to raise this however, they just advised for me to return it if I was not happy. I have chosen to keep the lamp as I have to fund the cost to return it even though the fault is theirs.

Order was delayed in arriving and came in 2 parts. Glass of light fitting arrived smashed. I’ve emailed asking how to get a replacement, delayed response and no resolution at current.

Awful customer service - bought two lights and had one fitted professionally. Came to light that the other one was faulty before fitting. Emailed lampsy for a replacement (one light now fitted of course) and wouldn’t give me one. Their attitude is - if it’s faulty get a refund and buy another one yourself! So I filled out the form to return and they haven’t sent me a return label and are ignoring all emails from me! Have never experienced anything like this!! It’s been horrific - avoid at all costs
