Very poor communication regarding delivery dates and times. Even when ringing customer services there was no return call or email as promised. Product is just what I ordered. No issues there.

Didn’t send promised e-mail confirming that the goods had been despatched. Goods placed in large box without any internal packing - only bubble wrap on outside of box. All bulbs were rattling but seem to work. Time will tell if they have been damaged.

Good service. The l.Lamps arrived on time and unbroken - thank you. However is there a more environmentally friendly way to despatch them that doesn't require so much bubble wrap? There are non-plastic alternatives these days.

Fantastic speed of delivery, unfortunately two of the thirteen units were faulty, the response however from customer services to get out two new units to me was first class.

I ordered 8 600x600 ceiling lights waited for delivery, only 4 lights delivered I rang to say I only received 4 and now got to wait for the rest which don't help when your waiting to finish the job ...

The product was excellent everything was really excellent except the delivery company you use an all day delivery time just not good enough not able to track the delivery so I was stuck the guy didn’t arrive until 1755 ish and he put it on a wall good job the item was well packed

The 4 foot fluorescent tubes I ordered arrived extremely tightly packed in a rigid cardboard tube with bubble wrap taped in at each end. Ordinarily I expect this would be acceptable but in my case the tubes were hard up against the wall of the tube and directly susceptible to any shock or impact which would have been transmitted through the walls of the transit tube. It was very difficult to extract the fluorescent tubes and two of them had in fact been broken in transit, a third had a bent and damaged pin. I rang the following day and was asked to send photos in an email via the email link on the homepage which I did the same day asking for a 'Read Receipt'. I heard nothing so rang again the following day as I needed the tubes to replace in light fittings. I spoke to a different person who said that the email link goes to Sales and I should send an email to 'Help'. It would help if this was made clear on the website. To their credit 3 replacement tubes turned up at 3.30 the following afternoon. I will possibly use LampShopOnline again but I hope they start to provide some form of cushioning e.g. bubble-wrap, between the packaging and the contents. Once I had them all and checked for operation the tubes worked fine. Can't say that I am impressed with the carrier used though (FedEx) who will only say that your delivery will be with you that day by 6.00 PM and our deliveries always seem to be at that time of day barring the replacement tubes which did turn up a bit earlier at 3.30 PM.

Part of order was the wrong size of battery supplied. I was allowed to keep the batteries supplied but it took two phone calls before the correct item was dispatched

Glad to eventually locate required bulb although it disappeared from site and I received no order ACK. Fortunately your telephone help person was very helpful and con. firmed that my order had gone through and sent me pdf version of invoice. So all in all - system weird but human good!

Received led strip lights and they look great having replaced the old ones in our dining room units. However 50% were broken through poor packaging and had to be resent on 3 occasions. Suggest you look into better packaging for this kind of delivery although complaints were acted on quickly and politely

I received the package within 3 days. However I ordered a pack of 10 items and only received 4. I contacted LampShop immediately 26/11/20 and as yet no sign of the missing 6.
