“Excellent service by LampshopOnline. The items I ordered arrived extremely quickly, and very safely packaged to avoid damage. The value was amazing, and very competitively priced. Customer service was second to none, with a member of staff phoning me a couple of days later to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I assured him that I really was! “I purchased Sylvanian 6ft, 5ft, and 4 ft LED batten fittings, These fitting were totally new to me and had I had a good look at them before hand I would not have bought them. The terminal on the top of the fitting has only room for one cable and are push in terminations which doesn't go down very well with me, Loop in and out wiring system is impossible. The fitting are not vert practical as far as installation is concerned. If you are expecting to mount on beezer boxes to replace older fluorescent fitting, these are the wrong fittings. Out of 5 fittings one failed after two days. The light output is good. I had a phone call from the company to see if my order was all okay. Unfortunately I have not unpacked my order at that stage. I would not buy these fitting again. Sadly Disappointed.”

“The product was excellent everything was really excellent except the delivery company you use an all day delivery time just not good enough not able to track the delivery so I was stuck the guy didn’t arrive until 1755 ish and he put it on a wall good job the item was well packed”

“Great website with useful information and a wide variety of lighting products. I ordered 2 x LED fluorescent tubes which came with free LED starters. Price was great, although I thought p&p was a bit expensive. Mind you, the items arrived quickly and very well packaged and no breakages. Will use them again.”
