“Ordered two twin led battens. First one installed fine. Second one, I couldn't get the cover to fit. Then I noticed that the metal housing was dented - nothing that I had done. I managed to bend it back in shape with some pliers and the plastic cover now grips the metal housing. Delivery was OK. So, only gripe is that. I don't know if it happened during delivery or before.”

“The light is completely smashed on arrival. Had to reschedule deliver to a different address due to it saying a signature was required then found the package delivered the following day to the original address and no one had signed for it, signs of forceful damage and the light completely smashed. FedEx tracking says someone signed called R.White with no-one living in the house woth a name starting with R and the surname incorrectly spelt. I can only assume not only has the delivery driver treated the package terribly they have also forged a signature in an attempt to say it was delivered OK. Now I'm picking up tiny pieces of broken light from my floor in the hope that my young children don't end up getting cut. So not great.”

“New LED replacement for fluorescent lights arrived earlier than expected, well wrapped and all fine. 6 fitted okay in the original fitting. The seventh old fitting was different, No starter. Meaning I had to remove the ballast from the light. After a struggle I contacted Lampshop and they couldn't be more helpful, sent me full instructions and after 5 minutes the light was working fine. Excellent service, will use again.”

“The order arrived on time well packed. The Downlight bulb unit is good but let down by a poorly made connection block. Had great difficulty in getting the connection block to grip the copper conductor wire. Balancing on a step ladder, pushing down a little white button (which came off) with a screwdriver and at the same time pushing the cable in as far it would go was not easy - no success. Gave up had short-length lighting cable enabling me to work on the box on the bench - much easier - then connected to the main circuit using Wago connectors. Not impressed. Won’t buy again.”
