“I have found them very good ,they are friendly and deliver on time my only concern would be there packaging which has caused problems due to stock being damaged on arrival but always apologise and send replacements straight away.”

“I am super pleased with the service I have received from LampShopOnline. I only ordered my fittings yesterday and I already have them installed. Also I ordered the wrong size flouro tube (too big) and Matt is sending me a smaller one for no charge. Absolutely brilliant, the friendly super prompt service topped off by the free little tube, what more more could I ask”

“Recent purchases include emergency lighting inverter pack replacement, ballast units and 2x55watt PLL lamps. Everything reached me in good working order except for some of the lamps. Unfortunately a four of the fifty four lamps were packaged separately in a five foot long, four inch wide cardboard tube along with a ballast unit which was loose at the time of receipt, and had damaged two of the lamps. Whoever thought that packaging glass and metal items in this manner clearly got it wrong.! I would have given 3.5 stars for this blunder but this wasn't an option sadly. Other than this problem i have no complaints.”
