“The product was delivered quickly and by a reputable delivery company as opposed to Yodel or Evri. This meant it was delivered to me, not a different address or wheelie bin. It was well packaged and as described.”

“I was looking for a lamp having an unusual design that was proving difficult to source. After an internet search, I found the item at LampShopOnline. It was in stock at a very reasonable price. The website included a picture of the pin configuration, which confirmed I had found the correct item. This was important as it allowed me to order with confidence. The entire purchasing process once I had found the LampShopOnline website to receiving my parcel was very quick and efficient.”

“I had no idea that my order would arrive today. If it was not for this notification to write a review then I would have no idea that my order had arrived and was put into my safe place. I was not happy to find that when I opened my order I found rubbish included in my order. I had part of my order packed into an envelope and when I opened the envelope I found the strip you remove from the envelope seal pushed into the envelope. To me, that should be put into the bin and not sent to the customer. I do not consider this to be acceptable sending your rubbish to your customers or in any way think it to be funny. It is a good way to insult your customers and make them think twice before they come back to you.”
