“Received my order very quickly, but unfortunately out of the 30 lights delivered, 5 were broken. Who was to blame for this I don't know, but once I had contacted LampShop and sent them the details the problem was sorted out very efficiently and with no fuss. Great prices and lots of products to choose from. 👌”

“Cannot praise this company enough. their customer service is second to none. For example I purchased two fluorescent batten fixing units way last year. duly installed one of the units was a bit iffy on starting and frequently went out. I perhaps a bit silly but decided to put up with this until now (a long time later). I emailed them and within a few minutes had a reply offering a full refund or an exchange unit. I replied immediately and again within a very short time informed that one had been posted out to me. all this within a couple hours how good is that. Well done LampshopOnline, definitely my first call from now on.”

“Ordered a LED T8 Energiser light to replace the fluorescent tube in kitchen. It arrived in a few days after ordering extremely well packed in a robust transit contantier Contents fully intact and fitted in minutes. Excellent light output, starts instantly, and no more flickering. Fantastic service would definitely purchase from LampshopOnline again.”
