“I decided to opt for a refund for the purchase of my order of a fluorescent tube due to the behaviour of the FedEx courier The customer service i received from 3 customer service advisors was good especially Ben. The behaviour of the FedEx courier was poor, he was arrogant and rude. When he knocked at my door, I asked "who's there?" He replied "delivery," I then asked "what are you delivering," he replied "it's a delivery" I said "I have to know who's there before I open the door, please identify yourself, what is it that you're delivering?" he replied "it's a light." I opened the the door and said "for security reasons I must know who's knocking at my door," he then said "well if you open the door, you'll find out. I made no further comment after confirming my name, he handed the delivery to me and he walked away, I then closed my door.”

“PURCHASED LOAD OF T8 & T5 TUBES, INSTALLED THE T8 TUBES INTO THE FITTINGS, NO PROBLEM & HAPPY. COME TO REPLACE THE T5 TUBES,- NOT WORKING. SPOKE TO STAFF, AND WAS TOLD THAT THE FITTINGS HAD TO BE MODIFIED FOR THEM TO WORK. THIS IS NOT A STRAIGHT FORWARD JOB IN MY CASE, HAS HAD TO WORK ON THE FITTINGS AROUND ALL THE FRAGILE STOCK IN THE SHOWROOM, PROPER BALL ACHE, ALSO HAD TO DO IT AT NIGHT SO NO CUSTOMERS IN WAY, SO NOT HAPPY & NOT ALL FINISHED YET”
