“This was my second order and it was delivered promptly, as previously. Unfortunately, one of the LED tubes was found to be broken when the package was opened. A quick call to customer services resulted on not one, but two replacements, being dispatched for delivery the following day. Things get broken in storage and transport, which can't be avoided, but it's the way it's dealt with that matters. In this case exceptionally well. Thank you.”

“Good web site with instructions on how to convert yout tube lights to LED. No quible about one of the tubes I ordered not working. Tube not working is the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars. I would recommend and would use again.”

“Unfortunately my experience with this order was not a good one. I did send a couple of emails to try and rectify the situation but had no response so hence this review. The item (a battery for my alarm system) arrived promptly but was the wrong type - 1.2Ah instead of the 2.1Ah battery the picture on the web page showed. The picture of the item and the description were different which was misleading. I'm sure it was a genuine mistake but not getting any response to my email means a negative revirew is the only option left open to me.”
